Blue Pearl Fox LLC builds tools that keep data with you. This policy explains the little we do collect.
Website
We do not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers or session recording on this website. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operations.
Website Trust Scan
- When you scan, our server fetches the public web page you entered and its privacy policy page, then returns the results to your browser.
- We do not store scan results.
- If you choose "Email me this report", we store your name, email, the scanned address, industry and score so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
Comfort Toolbar
The toolbar saves each visitor's display choices in that visitor's own browser. It sends nothing to us. If the site owner enables translation, Google Translate processes the page text the visitor asks to translate.
Reynard
- Settings, notes, tasks and remembered facts are stored only on the computer where Reynard is installed. We cannot see them.
- In local mode, requests are processed by Ollama on that computer.
- In cloud mode, requests go directly from your computer to the AI provider you selected (Anthropic or OpenAI) under your own account and their privacy terms.
Purchases
Stripe processes payments. We receive your name, email and billing details, not your full card number.
We use your email to deliver what you asked for, manage your subscription, and send occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named here, or when required by law.
Your choices
Email info@bluepearlfox.com to access, correct or delete your information.
Children
Our tools are for businesses and are not directed to children.
