What visitors can do
See clearly
Dark, bright and monochrome contrast modes. Pause animations and autoplay video.
Listen or translate
Read the page or a paragraph aloud with the visitor's own device voice. Optional translation to Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Chinese.
Straight answer
Does it make my site ADA compliant?
No. No toolbar, widget or overlay can do that. Accessibility comes from how the site is built: alt text, labeled forms, keyboard access, color contrast and headings. In 2025 the FTC ordered one overlay vendor to pay $1 million for claiming otherwise.
The Comfort Toolbar is a convenience for visitors. Pair it with a Trust Scan to find the code issues your web developer should fix.
Privacy
- Visitor choices are saved only in the visitor's own browser.
- No tracking, no analytics, no account.
- Read-aloud uses the device's built-in voice.
- Translation, if you turn it on, uses Google Translate. Turn it off with one setting.
How you get it
- Subscribe ($9/month per website) and tell us your website address at checkout.
- Receive your personal install line by email within 1 business day. It is licensed to your website only and will not run on other sites.

Will it slow my site down?
The script is about 25 KB and loads after your page (defer). It does nothing until a visitor opens it, except adding a skip link and flagging images without alt text in the page code.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your Stripe receipt. Your license is switched off at the end of the paid month and the toolbar disappears from your site.
Why pay instead of using a free widget?
