- Notes, tasks and memory are saved only in the app's folder on your computer. Conversations are not saved.
- API keys are encrypted with your operating system's secure storage.
- Emails and web links need your confirmation before anything opens.
- Export or delete all your data from Settings at any time.
Fair use for Business tier
Business tier is unlimited, but we reserve the right to contact you if monthly usage exceeds 10,000 requests or 1,000 voice minutes. If actual usage warrants an upgrade, we'll discuss options together. Extreme outliers (>15,000 requests/month) incur overage fees: $0.10 per request and $0.10 per voice minute above fair-use thresholds.
Questions
Is Reynard HIPAA compliant?
No software is "HIPAA compliant" on its own. In local mode nothing leaves your computer. In cloud mode, only use patient information if your practice has a Business Associate Agreement with Anthropic. We can provide a BAA template—email us.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Install like any app, then pick your industry. The setup call covers the AI engine and your billing option.
Can it send emails or book appointments?
It prepares drafts that open in your email app for you to review and send. Integrations with inbox, calendar, and practice software are on the roadmap.
What if I exceed my monthly cap?
Starter and Pro tiers have monthly limits. You'll see a warning at 80%, and requests will be declined once the cap is reached. Pro voice replies stay within your 300-minute allotment each month. Contact us if you need to upgrade mid-month.
